Out of respect for our neighbours, we politely request that guests do not park in local roads nearby and that they use the allocated onsite car parks for the duration of their visit.
IS THERE A PARKING FEE TO GO TO THE LEGOLAND THEME PARK?
Cost for parking at LEGOLAND California is $30 for cars, $30 for motorcycles and $50 for motor homes, oversized vans and vehicles with trailers. Preferred parking is available starting from $40. Bus parking is free. Re-entry available with valid parking stub during same day of visit. Buses and bicycles are free. Handicapped parking spaces are available near the Park entrance, with valid placard.
We offer thirteen L2 car charging stations at the Castle Hotel parking lot and six at the LEGOLAND Hotel parking lot. These stations are available on a first come, first-served basis for plug-in electric charging vehicles only.
1. PREFERRED PARKING
Preferred Parking puts you as close to the front entrance of the park as possible at your time of arrival, at a higher cost than Standard Parking ($15 more).
This means a much shorter walk to the park when you begin your day, and even more importantly, a shorter walk back to your car after a long day at the parks.
The best part of Preferred Parking however is being able to place your car in a shaded area, and after your visit to the park, coming back to your car not being 100+ degrees.
Pre-Pay For Preferred Parking
Preferred Parking can also be a few bucks cheaper online throughout the year, however, it isn’t always offered online.
If you are purchasing online, you’ll simply head to the Legoland Florida site, click on the ‘Extras’ tab and click on ‘Parking’.
Available forms of payment available for parking are cash or credit; the credit cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card.
2. STANDARD PARKING
Standard Parking is going to be your most basic and cheapest option when parking at Legoland Florida.
General Parking will be $25 consistently in person at the toll booth every day of the year for cars.
Campers and RV’s will be more expensive at a cost of $32, while Motorcycles will be cheaper at $12.
Buses and bicycles are free to park.
Consider Pre-Paying For Parking Online
Although Standard Parking is $25 in person, you can save a few bucks by paying online ($23.36).
Pre-paying for parking also allows you to enter the park much faster.
LEGOLAND Windsor; Parking Charges
Standard car parking at LEGOLAND Windsor is currently charged at £10 per car, (£8 if booked online), where guests will require a car parking ticket to exit from the barriers at the end of the day. Premium parking, located close to the main entrance, is currently priced at £16 a car, (online discounts available).
When purchasing LEGOLAND Windsor tickets online you can simply add your parking ticket to your transaction. If you are opting for the parking options online, there are discounts to be had for those booking in advance. You can also pay for parking from the tickets booths on the day of your visit.
1. LEGOLAND Windsor; Free Parking
Select annual passholders can take advantage of FREE parking at LEGOLAND Windsor. Simply scan your Merlin Pass at the car park exit to take advantage of this free parking perk, (unfortunately all other passholders must still pay the standard car parking charge per visit). There is now ANPR functionality available at the park that is available to new purchases or renewals. If and when you renew your pass, you can opt to provide them with your car registration information. In the meantime, you can continue to scan you pass at the car park barriers to exit, as normal.
LEGOLAND Windsor Parking; Location
Unless you are staying at the resort hotel, (guest can make use of a free car park and separate entrance into the park), there are 2 parking options available to guest. Worth noting that standard parking begins from where priority parking ends so particularly on quieter days, you could literally be parking across the road!
Priority Parking; located immediately next to the main entrance to LEGOLAND Windsor although parking charges are higher for this premium perk. If you book in advance you can pick up an online discount too.
Standard Parking; located slightly further away but parking fees are reduced.
Where is the Legoland New York theme park and resort?
Legoland New York is located in Goshen, an adorable little town about 90 minutes north of New York City and roughly an hour south of Albany. If you’re looking to make a longer adventure out of your Legoland stay, consider booking some time nearby Catskills hamlets like Woodstock, Hunter or New Paltz.
Or, just stay in the on-site Legoland Hotel (it’s as cute as you imagine it might be) or venture around the town of Goshen. The choice is yours.
While summer is certainly the most popular season to visit, our friends have visited in both the fall and spring seasons and reported having “wonderful” times thanks to the Hudson Valley’s relatively temperate climate.
Our Legoland New York Review 2023
We headed to Legoland with four of our kids in June on a typically hot, overcast New York summer day. It was muggy, but that didn’t stop the kids from trying (and riding!) just about everything Legoland had to offer. They had a blast visiting the main part of the park, the newly-opened water park and teeny-tiny, very realistic Lego cities positioned near the exit of the park.
Overall, we found that our four-year-old, six-year-old and nine-year-old children enjoyed the park the most. Truly, they’re just the right age for the rides there and are still very much in the Lego-loving-and-building stage of life. I mean, our floors are littered with Legos at home—so a whole theme park? Pssh. Heaven for them.
